Each and every one of us has an invisible bucket that is meant to be filled with either positive thoughts or negative thoughts. How did you feel the last time you interacted with another person? Did that person, ( your best friend, your spouse or coworker or even a stranger fill your bucket by making you feel more positive or did they dip from your bucket by making you feel even more negative?
