Often
in my business people tell me about their limitations. I listen and
begin to talk them away from of their limitations, so they can see their
opportunities. This can become a very uncomfortable conversation, but I
am glad to have it with them
because I know there will be no serious change without discomfort!

The truth is there is always something you can do! Just pick the most positive, efficient and creative way to get it done and then start doing it consistently!
